Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Instructional Designer for a 3-month remote contract. The role involves creating engaging onboarding, training, and awareness content, including mobile learning solutions. Candidates should have strong technical skills, stakeholder management, project management experience, and prior work with multinational corporations (MNCs), with 3-5 years of multinational companies experience.


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team on a short-term contract. The role involves designing and developing engaging learning content for onboarding programs, training sessions, and awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructional materials for onboarding and training programs using modern learning principles.
  • Create content optimized for mobile learning platforms to ensure accessibility and engagement.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and align content with business goals.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Ensure all content meets organizational standards and is learner-centric.
  • Use authoring tools and LMS platforms to create and deploy content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
  • Ability to create multimedia content (graphics, videos, interactive modules).
  • Experience in mobile learning design.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with attention to deadlines.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging learning content.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs).
  • Experience in corporate onboarding and compliance training.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning trends.


Contract Details

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Engagement: Part-time contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Hour per day - 3 or 4 hours
  • Time - 12:00pm - 3:00m India time
  • Pay per month: INR 33,000 to INR 50,000
