Installation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute installation activities across assigned sites in northern India
• Coordinate with customers and site teams to ensure expectations and timelines are met
• Liaise with dispatch and supply teams for timely delivery of door sets
• Supervise site supervisors, QC teams, and contractors to uphold safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate installation records and regularly update senior management
• Train contractors and carpenters on SOPs to reduce manpower issues and delays
• Conduct routine site visits for audits, issue resolution, and team support
• Monitor daily site operations and escalate significant concerns to the Installation Head
• Participate in project kickoff meetings with sales and installation teams
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, installation, or site operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently across northern India
