Installation and Service Engineer

As a Park Plus Systems Technician, your primary responsibility will be to install, configure, and commission Park Plus products and systems at customer sites. You will conduct regular maintenance and service checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance. In the event of technical issues or system malfunctions, you will diagnose and troubleshoot effectively, providing timely repairs to minimize system downtime. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of Park Plus systems. It is essential to maintain accurate service records, including detailed maintenance logs and repair documentation. Collaboration with engineering and technical support teams will be crucial in resolving complex issues that may arise. Additionally, you will offer technical support and assistance to customers through various channels such as phone, email, or on-site visits. Staying updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and technical advancements will be necessary to deliver high-quality service. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities is paramount. This role will require you to travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site service and support. The position is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule. Applicants are required to have a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. The work location will be in person.
