Inside Sales Support

As a Learning Consultant in the Sales (B2C) department located in Gurgaon, your role will be to drive inquiries and admissions for various learning programs. This will involve high-volume calling and attractive monthly incentives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire sales cycle, from engaging with well-qualified leads to final conversion/enrollment in the program. - Counseling students via call/email to recommend suitable programs for their career progression. - Updating the CRM regularly. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree. - 1-5 years of sales experience (preferred). - Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
