Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive for cybersecurity products, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities. You will utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound leads to qualify and nurture leads effectively. Engaging with IT decision-makers to understand their needs and positioning solutions will be a crucial part of your role. Collaborating closely with the field sales and business development team, you will schedule meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase cybersecurity products. Maintaining an active pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and collaborating with marketing teams for campaigns and webinars will be essential to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead and sales targets. Staying updated on cybersecurity market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies will be vital to provide timely reports and insights on lead quality, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and work towards sales targets will be imperative for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or tele-sales for IT/Cybersecurity products. Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco, or Check Point is preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and lead qualification skills are necessary, along with a target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Key Competencies required for this role include lead generation and prospecting, communication and presentation skills, understanding customer needs, market awareness in cybersecurity, and self-motivation.
