We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the US Market with a strong emphasis on diversity hiring. This role is based in Mumbai, requiring night shift work from the office. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically targeting the US market. As an SDR at SIDGS, your main responsibility will be to identify and qualify sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. You will proactively seek new business opportunities in the US region, engage in outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads, convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, maintain CRM records, schedule meetings and product demos with key prospects, and strive to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and qualified leads. The qualifications for this role include a minimum of 3 years of SDR or BDR experience, a proven track record in generating and qualifying leads in a B2B technology sales environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, SendGrid, and Lusha, the ability to present technical concepts clearly, and a self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and goal orientation. Preferred skills for this position include experience in IT services or technology consulting, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise applications, prior experience in a remote or global team environment targeting the US market, and the ability to work in US shift timings.
