We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, nurturing potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs and presenting relevant solutions.
Identify, qualify, and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social platforms.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and share company offerings.
Schedule product demos, sales meetings, and follow-ups for the Sales team.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead qualification and pipeline building.
Maintain strong communication and relationship-building with prospective clients.
Prepare and share periodic reports on lead status, call performance, and conversion metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Lead Generation, or SDR roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and customer engagement skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Candidates with experience in IT/Analytics/SaaS/domain-based inside sales will be an added advantage.
