As we scale rapidly, we’re seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist who can lead outbound efforts, engage enterprise decision-makers, and convert meaningful conversations into qualified opportunities.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist with 5+ years of total experience, including a strong track record in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales.

This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role — ideal for professionals who thrive on consultative selling, excel in engaging senior IT leaders, and consistently deliver results in competitive, service-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Outreach: Proactively reach out to enterprise prospects — CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads — via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Interceptica’s cybersecurity offerings.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Understand each prospect’s security pain points and qualify them against relevant services such as cloud security, penetration testing, and IAM.
  • Value Pitching: Deliver tailored, consultative sales pitches that clearly demonstrate the business impact of Interceptica’s solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy, active pipeline within CRM platforms (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho), with meticulous follow-up and progress tracking.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to ensure message alignment and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Achieve KPIs: Meet or exceed targets for outreach volume, discovery meetings booked, qualified leads, and conversion rates.
  • Stay Relevant: Keep abreast of cybersecurity market trends, enterprise buyer behaviours, and industry best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of total professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in B2B IT or cybersecurity sales.
  • Proven success in inside sales, lead qualification, and opportunity generation.
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior IT decision-makers across medium to large enterprises.
  • Solid experience in cold calling, objection handling, and consultative sales.
  • Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills — fluent, persuasive, and client-focused.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to cybersecurity sales (penetration testing, IAM, cloud security, GRC, or advisory services).
  • Familiarity with enterprise buyer pain points related to compliance, risk management, and infrastructure security.
  • Experience with sales automation tools, lead generation platforms, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,945.36 - ₹46,946.98 per month
