Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (fixed) + incentives

About the Role:-

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive/Representative to join our sales team in Delhi. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and driving sales of Adobe, Microsoft, and IT solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

~ Search and identify potential clients via Google, LinkedIn, telemarketing, and databases.

~ Reach out to prospects through tele-calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

~ Promote and sell Adobe, Microsoft, and IT solutions to new and existing clients.

~ Fix physical meetings for senior sales members with clients.

~ Research, build, and maintain long-term client relationships.

~ Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

~ Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering technical support and competitive proposals.

~ Work as a customer ambassador within the organization.

Required Skills & Competencies:-

~ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

~ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

~ Ability to handle client objections and close deals.

~ Good organizational and time management skills.

Mandatory Requirements:-

~ Candidate must be from an IT background.

~ Hands-on experience with Adobe and Microsoft solutions.

~ Minimum 1–2 years of tele-calling / inside sales experience.
