Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Handle incoming inquiries and requests from potential clients. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Maintain and update customer database in the Sales Force system. Track sales activity and prepare sales reports for management.

  • Proposal Development:

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations. Preparation & submission of Price bids / Quotations along with all necessary technical/commercial documents within the planned timelines for Online / Offline Tenders, attending eAuction and sending quotations to Online / Offline inquiries.

  • Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities. Gather information on competitors and market trends.

  • Communication and Coordination:

Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

  • Sales Administration:

Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.

  • Training and Support:

Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce systems and sales processes.

  • Event Coordination:

Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Helping the CEO with the pipeline of sales activities, calendar booking management, and trip management as needed

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in B. Tech Electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Masters in marketing (preferrable)
  • 2-5 Years of relevant Experience
  • Experience in sales and the technology field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
