Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over calls, emails, and online meetings to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound/inbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide detailed information about products/services and address customer queries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales team to convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
