Inside Sales Executive

Inside Sales Company Overview: RapidShyp (a unit of Om Logistics Ltd.) is an automated shipping platform that connects businesses (ecommerce brands, D2C sellers) with reliable courier services to streamline and optimise their logistics & shipping operations. Our innovative technology and dedicated team ensure seamless and cost-effective delivery solutions for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Executive- Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media channels.

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our freight services, pricing, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

• Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services to prospective clients.

• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

• Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare and send quotes to customers, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, customer support, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
