As a Sales Executive, your role involves communicating with customers through outbound calls, following up on leads, and identifying sales opportunities based on customers" needs. You will be responsible for answering customer queries, providing additional information via email, and staying updated on product and service information. Your duties also include creating a database of current and potential customers, explaining product features, and upselling products and services. Moreover, you will research and qualify new leads into opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through outbound calls - Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs - Answer customer questions and provide information via email - Maintain a database of customers - Explain product features and demonstrate services - Research and qualify new leads - Stay informed about competing products and services - Upsell products and services Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of ERP, LMS, Coding, and Psychometric Assessment - Experience in product demonstration - Proficiency in inbound-outbound calls - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi - Strong logical, analytical, and interpersonal skills - Good organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) - Strong telephony and cold calling skills - Ability to achieve sales targets Note: Requires a personal computer/laptop with fixed or fiber line broadband connections.
