Summary:
As a Non-Production Environment Engineer, you will be responsible for the build, configuration, maintenance, and support of our critical development, testing, and staging environments. You will work closely with development and QA teams to understand their infrastructure needs, provision and manage compute, storage, and networking resources, implement automation strategies for environment provisioning and management, troubleshoot environment-related issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of these non-production landscapes to facilitate efficient software development and testing cycles. Your focus will be on optimizing these environments for performance, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to security best practices, ultimately contributing to the faster and higher-quality delivery of our products.

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, providing solutions for configured services across multiple platforms, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software components. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, while adhering to established operating models and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the implementation of technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas.- Engage in basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware and software support.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC), Python (Programming Language), Microsoft PowerShell, Automation in Systems Integration.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Microsoft PowerShell, Automation in Systems Integration.- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management.- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
