Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing comprehensive business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process with professional communication.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Work closely with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality hires on time.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.

• 1 year of experience in IT recruitment

  (either agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
