Additionally, you will create technical documentation, conduct thorough testing, and provide training to junior engineers. To excel in this role, you should have a B.Tech/BE degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in PLC programming, SCADA & HMI development, and industrial control systems commissioning. Proficiency in programming languages and troubleshooting PLC, SCADA, and HMIs from various OEMs is essential. You should also have a strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and control system architecture.
