India Analyst III, Application Support

You are a Data Scientist joining our expanding team in Gurgaon. Your primary responsibilities will include managing transition calls, stabilizing processes, and overseeing day-to-day production activities. You must possess good analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. It is essential to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in data analysis, time series modeling, and forecasting is required. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus. As a Data Scientist, you will need strong decision-making skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an integrated solutions development team. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL is necessary. Knowledge of large relational databases and SQL programming is also expected. To be eligible for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A post-graduate degree is advantageous. You should be willing to work in fixed, rotational, and night shifts. Active participation in day-to-day production activities, attention to detail, a strong understanding of process workflows, and proven work experience are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are crucial. You should be a good listener, open to feedback, self-confident, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.,
