1.Conducting the incoming inspections per the defined sampling plan of the parts / sub-assemblies
2.Conducting the part inspection in accordance with dimensions, cosmetic, finishing as well as functional requirements
3.Ensuring inspection equipment and/or jigs are calibrated, maintained, and working correctly
4.Responsible for monthly report of supplier evaluation
5.Solve customer complaints and support QA section
6. Need to visit supplier areas as and when required for First piece approval and verification.
7. Coordinate with supplier for BOM and golden sample verification.
8. Coordinate with related sections to improve internal quality issues and customer quality issues
9. Support management system of quality to establish, implement and maintain
ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
