Coordinate with CHAs for timely clearance of shipments and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Track shipments from origin to destination and update internal stakeholders.
Liaise with freight forwarders/shipping lines and negotiate rates.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers for timely dispatch and resolve shipment issues.
Monitor applicable import duties and ensure timely payment
Coordinate with warehouses for goods receipt and PO reconciliation
Ensure adherence to DGFT, customs, and EXIM policies and maintain import records
