Implementation / Program Manager

The Implementation Manager role at C2FO involves managing client software integration projects in India. You will be responsible for delivering quality service that exceeds client and company expectations. This includes managing project scope, budget, and schedule in alignment with client and company baselines. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial, along with resolving client issues within pre-determined SLAs. Additionally, you will be required to provide training to clients on product features and services related to C2FO's SaaS solution, as well as educate them on best practices to maximize program impact. Your role will involve influencing initiatives, enhancing performance in a cross-functional environment, and attending on-site client meetings as needed. You will also contribute to internal Project Management Office (PMO) resources and support the India team operationally in various areas such as marketing, account management, and sales operations. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical/Finance Project Management using methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, or Waterfall is required. Strong presentation skills to executive sponsors, effective communication at all management levels, and a drive for results are essential. You should also be capable of working in an ambiguous environment and collaborating across different areas to achieve common business objectives.
