Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager at Sense, you will be responsible for partnering closely with customers to fully configure and implement Sense products in an efficient and timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating Implementation Launch Plans with customers to ensure alignment on expected timelines and outcomes. - Ensuring on-time delivery of content + platform solution through effective planning and communication. - Owning the training and enablement of new SMB, MM, and Enterprise clients. - Delivering on multiple complex, concurrent client engagements while keeping them in-scope and on time. - Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to address customer issues and opportunities promptly. - Influencing the product roadmap by identifying customer trends and sharing feedback with Product Management and Marketing teams. - Meeting deadlines independently, managing multiple projects, and proactively communicating delivery while mitigating issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. / B. Tech. with experience in delivering SaaS customer solutions and a dedication to exceeding expectations. - Over 5 years of customer-facing experience, including 3+ years in a related customer-facing role. - Strong customer presence with Executive-level audiences, demonstrating the ability to influence and support customer needs with diplomacy and grace under pressure. - Passionate, proactive, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Superior organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail. - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. - Working knowledge of APIs, Postman, JIRA, Asana.
