Job Description

As a Product Specialist Manager at Rippling, you will lead a team of IT specialists to drive exponential impact on customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and adoption of complex IT products. Your role will involve mentoring, hiring, and leading the team, ensuring successful implementation to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity targets, project completions, adoption thresholds, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. You will be responsible for continuously measuring the effectiveness and quality of IT implementations, driving process improvements, and collaborating with sales, Customer Experience (CX), and product management teams to enhance adoption, retention, and LTV. Leading training sessions for internal and external stakeholders to increase knowledge of Rippling's IT products will also be a key aspect of your role. Collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will actively contribute to the development of Rippling's IT products, coordinate bug fixes, launch new features, organize beta programs, and support Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts for IT product launches. Serving as a connector between engineering, product, and other customer-facing teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 6 years of experience in implementing IT products, with prior management experience being strongly preferred. Strong prioritization and time management skills are essential, along with a proactive and action-oriented approach to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be a data and process-centric leader with a keen eye for detail, adept at solving complex problems and driving team growth with a people-first attitude and a commitment to continuous learning. Working in the US shift, you will need to collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders to drive improvements in products and processes. Please note that Rippling values in-office work to promote a collaborative work environment and company culture. Office-based employees are expected to work in the office at least three days a week as an essential function of their role.
