Implementation Manager, Accountant

Role Overview: As an Implementation Manager at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in working with customers to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling's suite of products. Your responsibilities will include proactively managing the implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and success. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively manage the implementation process end-to-end, aligning on target timelines and goals with customers. - Drive adoption of purchased products by providing bespoke guidance and best practices to empower clients. - Partner with various teams such as Sales, Account Management, and Support to ensure seamless hand-offs and long-term customer success. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to offer feedback on customer insights and advocate for product enhancements. - Develop processes and best practices integrating customer feedback to increase operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Implementation and/or Customer Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company. - Proven project management experience in deploying multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience. - Ability to collaborate effectively with partners across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams.
