Implementation Engineer

This position is part of the QuickLaunch Applications reporting into the Delivery & Support department. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Business Applications. Your role will involve working closely with US clients, therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should have at least 2 years of experience in Linux Servers, including Redhat, CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu. Additionally, you must have a good understanding of Apache and exposure to Identity and SSO using protocols like CAS, oAuth, and SAML for integrations. Your responsibilities will also include configuring and customizing out-of-the-box applications, basic knowledge of MS SQL and mySQL queries creation, as well as creating store procedures and triggers. You will collaborate with individual site owners to ensure the smooth functioning of applications and patches. Furthermore, you will be required to provide documentation and end-user training for applications, participate in technical issue investigations, and assist with post-implementation reviews. Your role will involve anticipating, preventing, and resolving problems efficiently, as well as improving the operation and monitoring of advanced features. You will gather and update necessary information and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to accomplish tasks effectively.,
