Pan World Job Summary:We are looking for a Implementation Analyst with expertise in client coordination and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, seamless document management, and efficient task execution using Microsoft Office and EPCPROMAN applications. Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, demonstrating software features, & ensuring prompt responses. • Software Requirement Gathering, prototyping the new product features, Existing product Integration feasibilities identification and documentation. • Controlling the software testing, Software delivery release. • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications. • Conducting software requirement gap analysis & closing the software technical queries during the Contract technical bid evaluation rounds. • Controlling the design for software solution processes including GUI, database & development, advising improvements to existing modules to take care of additional processes. • Support project execution by monitoring progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining schedules. • Utilize MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards), MS Word (document formatting), MS PowerPoint (presentations), and Outlook (email and scheduling) to optimize workflow and enhance efficiency. • Maintain and analyze data using Microsoft tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of client requirements. • Producing precise MIS Reports & summary sheets. • Must be ready to visit to the client and prospect locations anywhere in the country and world for a period of 1 to 90 days in one stretchTechnical Skills: • Excellent with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio), • Excellent in building the Excel Dashboards,• Knowledge of other BI Tools such as Power BI and Tableau is an added advantage, • Planning Tools like MS Projects, PRIMAVERA P6 is an advantageWork Experience: 0-2 Years – Junior Implementation Analyst 2-4 Years – Implementation Analyst Education: Diploma, BE, B. Tech in any engineering discipline, BBA, BCA Commitment: o 1 Year for minimum 1 year experienced candidateso 2 Years for fresher candidates CTC:As per industry standard (Negotiable for the right candidate) No. of Vacancy: 2 Nos
