Job Description

Software Architect

Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and oversee development of complex Unix/Linux-based systems.
Define and implement high-level software architecture for scalable and reliable products.
Lead code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Guide teams in performance tuning, concurrency, and system optimization.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into architecture.
Define coding standards and enforce software lifecycle practices.
Mentor engineers and drive innovation in design and technology.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across multiple subsystems.

Required Skills:

Expert in C/C++
, with strong system-level programming experience.
Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux internals
, multithreading, and IPC mechanisms.
Strong grasp of
data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Proven experience in
software architecture and large-scale system design.
Familiarity with
TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, and other networking protocols.
Excellent debugging and analytical skills using tools like
GDB, Valgrind, or Coverity.

Desired Skills:

Experience with
Security (authentication, cryptography)
and
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Knowledge of
Unix security mechanisms

RESTful architectures.
