Your Experience & Values
- 9+ years of experience
- Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great)
- Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack
- Experience with or knowledge of Python
- Strong comprehension of restful APIs
- A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian
- Knowledge on LLM's
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
- Knowledge on RAG

- Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks and standards, such as Prompt Engineering.
- Develop practices and guidelines to improve consistency and reuse of solutions.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Manager - Applications Development.
- Should have at least “On Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal
- Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
- Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer in the last 3 month
