What would you do
Data & AI The person taking up this role will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end delivery of HR reporting projects (standard and ad hoc), including the oversight of a large team of Team Leads and Delivery Analysts. The role involves managing reporting operations, driving strategic automation initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders across multiple geographies and business units. The person will be expected to ensure high standards of reporting accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, tooling, and team capability. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong team management skills, project ownership experience, and technical understanding of tools such as Workday, Advanced Excel, VBA, and PowerQuery. Strong data analysis capabilities, business acumen, and excellent communication are essential to drive value through data-led HR decision-making. A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.

- Manage and lead a large, high-performing team of reporting analysts, ensuring successful delivery of one-time and recurring reports within defined SLAs.
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of reporting projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting deliverables and systems.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into actionable reporting solutions.
- Provide strategic input on report design, automation opportunities, and enhancements aligned with business goals.
- Guide the development and deployment of reporting solutions using tools like Workday & its advanced reporting capabilities; Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, VBA, and or any other client tools.
- Enable the integration and visualization of data using platforms like Power BI.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, introducing automation, and standardizing reporting practices.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex data and reporting issues; ensure preventive measures are implemented.
- Track and manage team capacity, work allocation, and performance metrics to ensure optimal utilization and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, compliance, and information security standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility to manage work across time zones and support rotational shift models based on business needs.
