We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integration Specialist with a strong background in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) to join our Integration Services Production Support team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational stability, performance, and incident resolution for critical integration solutions This role requires hands-on experience with API Gateway technologies and a foundational understanding of Java for troubleshooting.Provide production support for critical integration services built on IBM Integration Bus (IIB) environments.Monitor, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to IIB message flows, queues, and other integration components.Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventative measures to improve system reliability.Configure, deploy, and manage IIB artifacts across various environments.Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth transition of new integrations into production.Work extensively with API Gateway platforms (e.g., IBM API Connect, Apigee, Mulesoft API Manager) for monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration of APIs.Monitor API performance, identify bottlenecks, and assist in resolving API-related issues.Utilize basic Java knowledge for reviewing code, understanding integration logic, and assisting in debugging or minor code fixes as needed.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Participate in release deployments and post-implementation validation activities.Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve complex integration issues.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in production support processes
