IBM BAW Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement

  business workflows

  using

  IBM BAW

  .
• Develop

  SOAP

  and

  REST API integrations

  for system connectivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and enhance

  user interfaces

  using

  React, Angular, Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript

  .
• Conduct

  unit and integration testing

  to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or integration-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain

  technical documentation

  and provide support to internal teams.
• Stay current with

  IBM BAW best practices

  and workflow automation trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

  .

• 2–5 years

  of hands-on experience in

  IBM BAW development

  .
• Strong understanding of

  BPMN, business process design, and workflow modeling

  .
• Experience with

  SOAP and RESTful API integration

  .
• Front-end proficiency in

  React, Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and CSS

  .
• Familiarity with

  UX principles

  and

  responsive design

  .
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments

  .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  SQL

  and relational databases.
• Familiarity with

  Git

  or other version control tools.
