Job Description

IBM App Connect Support Engineer (U3 Offshore)

Role: IBM App Connect Support Engineer

Band: U3 (4-7 years of experience)

Location :

Minimum 4 years of experience in
IBM Integration Technologies
with expertise in
IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
or
IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
IBM API Connect Enterprise & IBM Data Power (Must)
Strong understanding of
integration concepts and technologies
.
Hands-on experience in
developing
,
deploying
, and
supporting
integration solutions using IBM App Connect.
Proficient in message formats such as
JSON
,
XML
, and
CSV
.
Knowledge of integration protocols like
HTTP
,
JMS
, and
MQ
.
Experience in developing message flows, transformations, and mappings using
ACE Toolkit
or other development tools.
Working knowledge of
ESQL
for implementing business logic and data transformations.
Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
Able to create and maintain message models and schemas for consistent integration design.
Experience in
MQ
distributed and clusters setup and its configuration
Knowledge in Pub-sub messaging
Experience in setting up Security (SSL/Signing/Encryption) in IIB and MQ
.
