Human Resources Operations Specialist

The Reporting Analyst III/ HR Operations plays a crucial role within the GenAI Crowdsourcing Team, focusing on the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards. Your main responsibility is to enhance performance management for Crowdsourcing team members through various projects. Your duties include analyzing business requirements to define reporting solutions, contributing to planning activities, and developing robust data models to support reporting needs. You will create dashboards and reports that offer actionable insights, identify and mitigate risks, conduct testing to ensure data accuracy, and extract, process, and transform data into consumable outputs aligned with requirements. Moreover, you will be responsible for documentation, troubleshooting, end-user support, and ensuring continuous alignment with program or account requirements. For this role, you should have a minimum of 1-year experience in recruitment operations, with a focus on data analytics using tools such as Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, MS Excel, Sisense, etc. Additionally, a background in recruiting metrics is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with an advanced degree or specialization in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant data analytics experience being a plus. You are expected to have advanced knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office applications for data analysis, familiarity with Looker Studio, and the ability to translate client requests into actionable solutions. Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is necessary. Strong communication, analytical thinking, time management, stakeholder engagement, self-driven, and technical learning skills are essential for success in this role.,
