Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Identify manpower needs in coordination with department heads.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms.
• Conduct reference checks and manage offer & joining formalities.
• Organise structured induction programs for new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Develop and execute engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
• Address employee grievances and act as a bridge between management and staff.
• Maintain open communication channels to enhance workplace culture.

3. Performance Management

• Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs for employees.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate with the COO for training programs.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

• Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal requirements.
• Maintain employee records as per statutory norms.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other regulations.

5. Training & Development

• Organise in-house and external training sessions to enhance skillsets.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain development records.

6. Payroll & Attendance

• Oversee attendance systems, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
