Role Description

This is a full-time *Human Resource Manager* role based in Gurugram. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to support organizational growth and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role (minimum 3+ years).

* Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

* Ability to build and maintain a positive organizational culture.

* Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

* Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
