What you’ll do

• Streamline HR processes to make the organization faster, smarter, and more people-centric
• Curate and implement company policies that balance compliance with culture
• Benchmark compensation and design fair, competitive pay structures
• Lead employee benefits programs that keep the team happy, healthy, and motivated
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that make work feel rewarding, not routine
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations, labor laws, and people management
• Proven track record in compensation benchmarking and benefits design
• Ability to translate organizational goals into clear, actionable HR policies
• Sharp communicator with empathy and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Someone who loves structure but thinks creatively about people-first solutions

Bonus points if you

• Have experience in Influencer Marketing Company/ Talent Management Agency
• Know your way around HRIS tools (like Keka)
• Love building culture through events, engagement, and smart internal communication
• Are data-driven and can back people decisions with insight
