About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment operations at WTF. You’ll get hands-on exposure to the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to closing roles across creative, tech, and business functions.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Update and manage recruitment trackers, job postings, and candidate databases.
• Support offers rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Help draft and circulate JDs and hiring posts on social platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
