Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern based in PCMC - Pune. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and implementing HR policies. They will also support personnel management tasks and assist with employee engagement initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills to support employee engagement and team collaboration
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Relevant educational background or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
