Job Description

  • Help write and post job descriptions across platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Assist in organizing onboarding documentation and induction schedules
  • Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Participate in exit processes including documentation and feedback surveys
  • HR Administration & Documentation:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy
  • Support preparation of HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, etc.)
  • Ensure proper filing of confidential employee information
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Assist in planning team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness programs
  • Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters or HR bulletins
  • Contribute ideas to improve employee morale and engagement
  • Learning & Development:
  • Help coordinate training sessions, webinars, and e-learning programs
  • Track attendance and feedback for development initiatives
  • Support creation of training materials and presentations
  • HR Projects & Initiatives:
  • Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts
  • Assist with surveys, audits, and reporting
  • Support policy reviews and updates
Required Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in learning about HR functions and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HR software or tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS) is a plus but not required
