Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also support HR management tasks and help maintain an efficient HR environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with a team in an on-site environment
• Previous experience or coursework in Human Resources is a plus
• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
