Job Description

Position: HR Intern (Paid)
Location: Kochi, KeralaWork Mode: On-site (preferred)About the RoleWe’re looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Intern who’s excited to learn, communicate, and support our growing team. If you love interacting with people and want to build a strong foundation in HR, this is your chance.Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth joining experience
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
Help with HR operations, attendance tracking & day-to-day coordination
Participate in brainstorming and execution of people management strategies

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR or related field
