Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
Assisting in drafting employment contracts and offer letters.
Coordinating new employee onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Assisting in maintaining HR databases, records, and filing systems.
Managing and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance data.
Assisting in the performance appraisal process, including tracking and monitoring performance review cycles.
Addressing employee queries and providing general HR-related information.
Assisting in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Supporting employee engagement initiatives and employee recognition programs.
