Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Post internships and job openings on platforms like Internshala, etc
• Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial screening calls with shortlisted candidates
• Explain the company profile clearly — a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment with a basic office setup (not a corporate aesthetic)
• Conduct and supervise assessments for shortlisted candidates and Schedule interviews with domain-specific team members and executives
• Arrange final interview rounds with the founder or co-founder
• Share offer letters and complete onboarding formalities for selected candidates
• Handle documentation, maintain follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate joining
• Maintain organized records of candidate data, assessments, interviews, and hiring status
• Approach colleges and institutions to coordinate placement drives and internship tie-ups
• Maintain general office administrative tasks apart from HR work
• Manage attendance tracking, monthly salary calculations, and basic payroll records
• Assist in preparing and structuring the initial team for our startup
• Ensure all HR and operations-related work is executed in a systematic and professional manner.
