HR Executive/Associate (0–2 years)

Twinline Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. – Gurgaon, Haryana


About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with up to 2 years of HR experience (including internships) who wants to learn and grow in all areas of human resources.


Job Summary

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and the induction of new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Coordinate attendance, leaves, and basic payroll inputs
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Help draft HR letters, reports, and policy documents
  • Address routine employee queries and coordination with different teams
  • Assist in compliance and documentation as required


Key Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR (internship or full-time)
  • Graduate in HR, Business, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
