Human Resources Executive

A Human Resources Executive (HR Executive) with strong interpersonal skills and preferably prior experience in managing core HR functions in an IT or tech-focused company. What you'll be doing!! Handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation Coordinating with department heads for timely hiring needs Managing employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives Maintaining HR records, attendance, and compliance documentation Supporting performance management and feedback processes Ensuring a healthy and positive workplace environment Managing internal communication and HR policy implementation What you need to succeed in this role!! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and people-first mindset 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in the IT industry) Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR documentation Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Organized, trustworthy, and approachable personality Comfortable with HR tools, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms.
