Human Resources Executive

As an HR Professional, your responsibilities will include recruitment and staffing tasks such as creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding and orientation processes. You will also play a crucial role in training and development by identifying training needs, organizing workshops and training programs, facilitating employee growth and career development, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. In terms of performance management, you will be tasked with designing performance appraisal systems, monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, setting development goals, and recognizing and rewarding top performers. Furthermore, compliance and legal aspects will be a part of your responsibilities, which involve ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, as well as managing employee records and documentation.
