Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator at 9E Global, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of HR in achieving the HR objectives within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide HR support to employees at all levels, serving as the first-line contact for their HR needs and working collaboratively with the wider HR team. Your duties will include liaising with managers across various levels, ensuring that HR processes and systems are effectively administered, and managing the resourcing requirements of different business sectors. You will be actively involved in recruitment activities, conducting interviews, and designing an induction process for new starters, including health and safety protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating HR processes, preparing management information activity statistics, and overseeing the effective operation of appraisal systems throughout the organization. You will provide guidance to staff and managers on a wide range of HR issues, such as terms and conditions, disciplinary procedures, redundancy, grievance handling, maternity leave, employment law compliance, and codes of practice. Furthermore, you will be tasked with compiling a training database, coordinating training activities in consultation with Line Managers, and updating sickness records to ensure timely notifications to Line Managers regarding triggers. You will also assist in the administrative aspects of investigatory interviews, disciplinary and grievance hearings, and ensure that all relevant documentation is appropriately circulated. Your role will involve being the initial point of contact for all HR-related matters, contributing to the continuous improvement of Group HR processes and relationships, and undertaking any other duties as required to support the overall objectives of the organization.
