Human Resources Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible for an end-to-end consulting position, involving acquiring clients, closing mandates, managing hiring processes, and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include: - Converting warm inbound leads, such as HR managers, founders, and business heads, into clients - Pitching, following up, and closing recruitment contracts and commercials - Running the hiring process end-to-end using the company's AI platform - Sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers - Maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business - Building a small team under you as your portfolio grows In terms of earnings and growth opportunities, the package includes: - A fixed stipend of 75% of your current net take-home - 10% commission on clients you acquire - 5% overriding commission once you build a team - Strong performers have the potential to earn 1L1.5L/month in 12-18 months - Long-term sweat equity for consistent achievers Ideal candidates for this role should have: - 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/HR - Confidence in calling leads, discussing commercials, and closing deals - Enjoyment in both client-facing and sourcing/screening work - Being target-driven, ambitious, and growth-oriented - Willingness to work from the company's Noida office from Monday to Saturday,
