Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5-10 years of experience


Role Summary:

Managing end-to-end HR as HRBP for the Corporate functions including Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Technology and HR functions wherein the person will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders. Will drive people strategy, employee engagement, Performance management and organisational effectiveness to support innovation and rapid growth. You will align HR initiatives with evolving business needs and ensure smooth talent management across the employee lifecycle.

As part of Corporate TM function, will work on Development Plans, Succession Planning, understanding training needs and ensuring delivery as per the business objectives. Will also work on various HR projects and initiatives rolled out from CHRO office including dashboards and employee engagement across the businesses.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Partnering & Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with Functional leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies, including workforce planning.

Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Handle end-to-end HR processes—from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, promotions, and retention—tailored for tech teams.

Leadership Development & Succession Planning

  • Drive performance evaluation, career pathing, and leadership growth initiatives.

Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Drive and support change initiatives (e.g., restructuring, new tech implementations) with clear communication and training strategies.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Design engagement and retention strategies that resonate with tech professionals, fostering a high-performance and inclusive work environment.

HR Analytics & Insights

  • Track HR metrics—like attrition, engagement, and skill gaps—and leverage data for actionable people insights.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution, workplace challenges, and maintain compliance with policies


Required Skills & Competencies

  • 5+ years of HRBP or related experience, especially supporting tech/R&D/product teams in a

    SaaS or tech-driven business.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to technical business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in talent management, performance systems, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytics skills to inform strategy and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Should be from Top MBA collages – Tier 1/2 and Tech companies
  • Adaptability to dynamic and fast-changing tech environments, with a hands-on execution mindset.
