About the Role:

HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Generalist Support

• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
• Help ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
• Support in preparing HR reports, letters, and compliance documentation.

2. Recruitment (Technical Hiring Focus)

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements.
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage job boards.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.
• Assist in managing the applicant tracking system and recruitment analytics.

3. Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Collect feedback from employees and assist in improving engagement strategies.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 0–2 years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role (internship experience counts).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS/ATS systems is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
