Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in employer branding activities, campus drives, and walk-in recruitment events.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction experience for new hires.

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Assist in planning and organizing training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and participants to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.
  • Collect and analyze training feedback and assist in measuring training effectiveness.
  • Maintain L&D calendars, training records, and learning portals/documentation.
  • Support the creation of learning materials, presentations, and HR communication.

General HR Support:

  • Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day administrative HR activities as assigned.
